Refund policy

Which orders this covers
This policy applies to orders placed on saltflattrading.com. Orders placed through Etsy or other marketplaces follow that marketplace's return process and the eligibility shown on the listing. Please contact us through that marketplace.

Return window
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Coral and sea life
Coral and sea life are final sale unless you added Redo return coverage at checkout. With coverage, they can be returned or exchanged like any other item.

How to start a return
Start your return through our Redo returns portal: https://saltflattrading.com/apps/redo/account/login
Items sent back without first starting a return won't be accepted.

Return shipping and Redo coverage
At checkout, you can add Redo return coverage for a small, non-refundable fee that covers every item in your order. With coverage, your return shipping label is free for refunds and exchanges. Without coverage, you can still return eligible items, but the cost of the return shipping label is your responsibility.

Packing your return
Many of our items are fragile. Please pack returns carefully, ideally in the original wrapping and box. Items that arrive back damaged because of poor packing may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email sales@saltflattrading.com as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo. A photo is usually all we need, though we may ask for more if it's unclear. We'll refund the full amount, including original shipping. Damaged coral and sea life are handled case by case.

Exchanges
Choose an exchange when you start your return in the Redo returns portal.

Refunds
We'll email you once we receive and inspect your return. If it's approved, your refund goes to your original payment method automatically. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
