Barnacles 10-12"
Barnacles 10-12"
Barnacles are crustaceans that begin life as free swimmers but soon attach themselves to rocky shores or bottoms of boats. They love high action locations where water is constantly flowing and bringing new life. Their name comes from the Greek word balanos which means acorn.
Let these natural white and purple barnacles attach themselves to your home decor to give the room a coastal feel.

More Information:
- Barnacles range between 10-12" in size and 2.3-3lbs in weight.
- Our coral is sustainably farmed on coastlines in the Philippines and all over the world. We do not sell any endangered species of coral or any coral taken from natural environments.
- All our coral is completely natural and untreated. The only processing it receives is drying and shaping. It is not dyed, painted, polished, or otherwise augmented from it’s natural color.
Fish Tanks:
Coral makes a great, natural hardscape for aquariums! It should have no adverse affects to your saltwater tank. However, it may cause a temporary disruption to the natural cycles at work in your freshwater tank. Depending on the size of your tank and the coral you add, it can cause the levels of ammonia and TDS in your water to rise. It will also make your water more alkaline, which can cause problems for your fish and plants. These affects won’t last forever and your levels will even out as the water cycles. It’s best to add the coral when first setting up your tank and letting it cycle for a few weeks before adding any plants or livestock. Remember to test your water frequently and conduct water changes as necessary.
